Spent 6 years delivering shared services support to the global sourcing function at Morgan Stanley, a global investment bank. Prior to that, he was working within commerce and industry as a group financial controller delivering effective value add solutions to senior management.

He has considerable experience in implementing Supplier Risk Management methodology, Outsourcing Governance, programs, ISO 9000 policy frameworks within organisations and has led the development of the Supplier Diversity program within Morgan Stanley EMEA.

Manik is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
